Caroline Clarke

Caroline Clarke was appointed a director of the Group in November 2026 and is a member of the People and Remuneration Committee.

Caroline brings to Suncorp more than 30 years' experience across industries including fast-moving consumer goods, personal care and healthcare, gained in Australia, the UK and Europe. During her career, she has developed strong expertise in consumer behaviour and marketing, product innovation and digital transformation in complex, regulated, consumer-led business environments.

Caroline is currently a non-executive director of listed company Cochlear Ltd and was previously a director of Royal Schiphol Group.

Caroline's executive career included almost two decades with Philips Healthcare, including serving as CEO and Executive Vice President ASEAN Pacific. Before that, Caroline spent a further two decades with Sara Lee, including as Senior Vice President Europe and Africa.
