#Ethical procurement

Suncorp was the first financial organisation in Australia to achieve the CIPS Corporate Ethics Award and we have been recognised on the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Global Corporate Ethical Register for our commitment to safeguarding against unethical conduct in procurement.

#Modern slavery

Suncorp published its first Modern Slavery Statement in February 2021 for FY20. Our Statement outlines Suncorp’s approach to identifying and addressing the risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain across Australia and New Zealand. Through the development of our Statement, we amended several policies to address modern slavery risks across our business.

The Suncorp Responsible Banking & Insurance and Responsible Investment policies include commitments to regularly assess portfolio-level ESG risks and opportunities, including modern slavery.
