Suncorp customers meet with Group CEO, Steve Johnston for a Q&A evening at Carindale

The group of 25 customers had the opportunity for drinks and conversation with the CEO and a number of Suncorp’s senior management team, before sitting down for a more formal hour-long Q&A discussion.

Customers were encouraged to ask questions and to share their personal experiences of banking with Suncorp. Suncorp’s Matt Leslie, Group Customer Advocate and Bruce Rush, EGM Deposits & Payments were among the executives on hand to answer any questions customers had on the evening.

The night offered Mr Johnston the opportunity to outline Suncorp’s priorities, while at the same time hearing direct feedback from customers.

“My goal is to make sure Suncorp is a strong and sustainable business so we can continue to be there to look after you when you need it,” he told the gathering.

“Sometimes we think we know what customers want but we don’t always get it right, that’s why it’s important that we hear directly from you.”
