Our recruitment process
The recruitment process for both our graduate program and intern program is identical. The three assessment stages (below) allow you to express who you are and why you are interested in joining Suncorp. While we do use recruitment assessments and automation within our applicant tracking system, we do not use AI functionality. Our expert early careers recruitment team screens all applications and video interview responses.
Your success in progressing through each stage is determined by how closely you and your responses align to the requirements provided by our hiring leaders.
Due to volume, it is not possible for us to provide individual feedback prior to stage 3 (interview/assessment centre).

Things to do before you apply
Here’s a quick checklist of some things you should do before you apply:
- Read the information about the streams/roles on offer before you apply.
- Be prepared with an electronic copy of your resume and academic results to date (two separate documents). You will be asked to upload these as part of the application form.
- Relax, there are no selection criteria as part of your application, and a cover letter is not required.
- Not sure if you're eligible? You can find the criteria on this site, please read it carefully before applying.
- Super important! Use an email that you check regularly. You will need to verify your email when you set up your profile.
- Interested in more than one role? We have structured our streams to ensure your application is considered for any role that aligns to your study discipline. So, there is no need to apply more than once.
