Things to do before you apply
Here’s a quick checklist of some things you should do before you apply:
- Read the information about the roles on offer and be clear about which role/s you are applying for.
- Be prepared with an electronic copy of your resume and academic results to date (two separate documents). You will be asked to upload these as part of the application form.
- Relax, there are no selection criteria as part of your application, and a cover letter is not required.
- Not sure if you're eligible? You can find the criteria on this site, but don't worry we will send you an email explaining why (before you start the testing step).
- Super important! Use an email that you check regularly and (if you need to) check your junk mail folder once you’ve applied. You can also opt-in to SMS notifications (super helpful!).
- Interested in more than one role? We recommend you complete the full application including the online assessment for the first role. After this, you can then apply for further roles and then release your results to avoid being invited to complete multiple assessments (you're welcome!).

What eligibility criteria do I need to meet?
For the 2027 graduate program you will need to meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:
- Full working rights* in Australia or New Zealand.
- Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university.
- Completed a minimum of undergraduate level study within the last two years (2024, 2025 or 2026), or will complete a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing.
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade.
For the Summer 2026 internship program you'll need to meet the following eligibility criteria before applying:
- Full working rights* in Australia.
- Studying at an Australian university.
- Be in your penultimate year of study (or graduating in 2027).
- Minimum ‘pass’ grade.
*Note: Suncorp does not participate in visa sponsorship. If you are on a student/graduate visa, it is your responsibility to ensure you can continue to work at Suncorp beyond the visa expiry date. We recommend you speak to an immigration expert to better understand your long-term options.
