This International Women's Day, Suncorp is celebrating the women who forge their own path, who think big, who build the future.

At Suncorp, we're proud to have some of the best and brightest women in the business.

Group Diversity and Inclusion Manager Catherina Behan said Suncorp had worked hard to build a culture that would allow people to thrive.

"Suncorp is a place where we encourage people to be their whole, authentic selves," Ms Behan said.

"We provide every opportunity for employees to follow their passions.

"And we're seeing examples of this across the business: women who are chasing the career of their dreams and making their difference."

Ms Behan continued, saying that while gender equality shouldn't be a focus just for one day, International Women's Day gives us a chance to check in on our goals.

"Since 2018, we've maintained at least 50% representation of women across all leadership positions, to ensure our women employees have something to strive for.

"We know there is still a lot of work that needs to be done, but for now, we can celebrate the wonderful women at our business and appreciate their achievements."
