Lisa Harrison

Lisa was appointed Suncorp Group’s Chief Executive Commercial & Personal Injury (C&PI) Insurance in August 2026 after holding her role as Chief Executive Consumer Insurance for three years. Lisa is responsible for the end-to-end management of the C&PI business.

Since joining Suncorp in 2004, Lisa has served as CEO Insurance Product & Portfolio and held leadership positions within Personal Insurance, including Customer, Product and Pricing, Strategy and Business Planning, and Brand and Marketing. She has also held the roles of Chief Customer and Digital Officer, Chief Program Excellence Officer, Executive General Manager (EGM) Customer Distribution in Suncorp Life and EGM Insurance Operations.

Prior to joining Suncorp, Lisa worked at both Commonwealth Bank and Royal & Sun Alliance.

Lisa is a member of the Insurance Council of Australia’s (ICA) Strategy Committee and a representative on the Hazards Insurance Partnership between government and industry. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women, the Champions of Change Coalition Insurance Group, and an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and broader society.

Lisa is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
