Lisa Harrison

Lisa Harrison was appointed Suncorp Group’s Chief Executive Commercial & Personal Injury (C&PI) Insurance in August 2026 following three years as Chief Executive Consumer Insurance. She leads the end-to-end performance of the C&PI business including distribution, underwriting and claims management for Suncorp’s commercial insurance, workers compensation and compulsory third party (CTP) insurance portfolios, which provide protection for customers through brands including Vero, GIO, AAMI and Suncorp.

Since joining Suncorp in 2004, Lisa has held a number of senior leadership roles across the organisation, including Chief Executive Consumer Insurance, CEO Insurance Product & Portfolio, Chief Customer and Digital Officer, and Chief Program Excellence Officer. Lisa has deep expertise across all areas of the insurance value chain and has contributed to key industry initiatives through her involvement with the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) Strategy Committee and the Hazards Insurance Partnership.

Before joining Suncorp, Lisa held roles with Commonwealth Bank and Royal & Sun Alliance.

She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
